Granite Solutions is a software development and consulting business

Our History: Granite Solutions was created in 2003 by Richard Walker to capitalise on 15 years commercial software development experience and prior to that 10 years in retail management, a formal I.T. education (B. Info Tech CSU) and Microsoft Certification (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, .NET Framework 2.0: Distributed Applications). I believe I have the experience necessary to understand your business requirements from a business and practical view.

Our Products: Our main product is HireSolutions, a software package to manage Snow & Sports Hire shops and Formal Wear and Suit Hire.

Our Services: Our main services are software development contracting, esp. using Delphi and C#, .NET, MS SQL, Inno Setup and a range of tools. Richard also does contracting in the ACT, most recently with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. Resume available here.
